Thanks, Tom, for the interesting links. I think I had found that site before but then forgotten about it, so you are helpfully refreshing my memory.
In the similar links category, the Wuppertal Institute appears to have a number of thoughtful papers on related topics, some in English and some in German. They also have a regular email newsletter.
