Russell Ackoff wondered about that in his blog posting today. More than just considering that question, he wrote of ways we can learn to learn more effectively from the decisions we make.

- I want you to ask me if I use jargon in ways you don't understand. If you don't understand something, it's likely others didn't, either. It may even be that I didn't understand it, at least not well enough to get my point across. Perhaps we'll all benefit by your asking a question either in a blog comment or by email or phone.
