Coping with Chaos
If you've ever wondered if it's possible to harness the chaos that swirls around many an organization, or if you've read a bit about complex systems or chaos theory and wondered if either had any possible application to what you do, you might be interested in a 90-minute webcast friend and colleague Glenda Eoyang, founder of the Human Systems Dynamic Institute, is offering February 7. It's based on her book Coping with Chaos: Seven Simple Tools
, a very good introduction to complex adaptive systems. Glenda, Bob Williams, and I have presented workshops together in the past, and she's quite good at explaining theory and practice in ways I can remember and apply. Check it out, and tell her "Hello" for me if you happen to talk with her.
