CEO Confidence?

The May CEO Confidence Index Report is out, and U.S. CEOs don't look so confident. If there's a bright lining to this cloud as seen in the breakout graphs on p. 4, it seems that the confidence of CEOs of manufacturing and non-service companies is still fluctuating around a mean of about 155, not dropping as in the case of service companies.
