Project Retrospectives

Do you organize your work into projects? Would you like your next project to go more smoothly than your last? Let Facilitated Systems' years of experience facilitating project retrospectives help you learn from what you do.

Basic Retrospective Meeting

Focus on opportunities for improvement and create your plan for action. Facilitated Systems will
  • listen to your situation and design a custom meeting to match
  • facilitate a retrospective to capture and organize your insights
  • prepare a concise, written, prioritized issue list and a plan to guide future action

Intermediate Retrospective Project

Start your project with a planning meeting to select key improvement areas and agree on how to change. Finish with a Basic Retrospective Meeting to review results and plan for the future. The advance planning speeds your progress, focusing your team on key issues from the start.

Advanced Improvement Project

Add weekly or biweekly process improvement cycles to your Intermediate Retrospective Project. Every week (or two), Facilitated Systems will survey your team to learn how the process and your improvement initiatives are working. Facilitated Systems will summarize the results for the team so they have data to drive mid-course corrections.

Custom Facilitation and Consultation

Facilitated Systems can provide custom process improvement consultation for your specific needs or facilitate the implementation of improvement plans.

A Way of Working

Retrospectives are always confidential—the insights belong to the project team. While issues are sometimes sensitive, Facilitated Systems has experience dealing with people and their issues with clarity and respect, not blame.
